What is meant by inclusive government?

Foreign Minister for Afghanistan said if Ashraf ghani government is an inclusive government than all of the Ashraf ghani government ministry Empolyees have their jobs as such. If that was an inclusive government than why our government is not an inlusive one?

 

Ameer Mullah khan Muttaqi Afghan Foreign minister for the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan told Geo news anchor person saleem safi in a talk show that we have an inclusive government and world should accept us now.

Mullah khan explain different definitions of inclusive government as “what if inclusive government means that all of the people of different religions shall be included in government than we have such peoples which belong to different religions”.

If inclusive government means that peoples belongs to different regions should be included than they have ministers of Herat, Nangarhar, kunar, Kabul and Kandahar.

If inclusive government means that ethnic groups should be included than they have Pushtun, Tajik, Uzbak etc included in government.

If inclusive government means that women should be included in government they have all of the positions which they were in previous government, not a signal women is out of government position and being paid as well.

Ameer said that reforms are taking place in government structure. And we have make such a government in which there is not only the Taliban but also traders, Islamic scholars and other factions.

According to Mullah khan muttaqi the system of democratic government is a law issue, such type of laws discussion is consulted and discussed according to Islamic laws.
